A creative with a passion for change

I work with three forms of expression: coaching, music, and painting. Mostly separately, each with its own entry point. What they share is a direction: beneath the surface, towards what is stuck, what has been forgotten, what wants to flow again. My compass is simple: from sur-viving to living, with joy!

Since 1998 I have coached people who feel something is ready to shift, but aren't yet sure what or how. I don't work with fixed methods; I work with what is here right now. Sometimes that is language, sometimes silence. But mostly the body, finally allowed to be honest.

Six years ago I rediscovered painting: a language beyond words. Paint and image bring me back to intuition, play, and freedom, discovering by following what wants to reveal itself.

In music too I choose that same honesty. At 55 I stepped behind the turntables to follow a dream. I'm not one for effects and tricks; I prefer to share music as purely as possible, so you can truly feel it. My style is intuitive and eclectic: Latin, soul, tropical rhythms, funk, reggae, (afro)house, medicine music, crossover and world music. An invitation to move, to feel, and to connect.
